Shipping Policy

Lakeside Liquor does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

By using this site, you agree:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You must show age verification upon delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS!)


Wine and more products can be shipped within Michigan or to the following states: Washington D.C.

Wine is shipped in increments of twelve. You can mix and match any wine bottles.

We ship Non-Alcoholic Beverages and other items to all 50 States.

We do not ship Spirits and Beer products. They are for in store pick up or local delivery only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Adult signature is required upon shipment

All Shipments are done via FedEx


Curbside pickup and/or In Store pickup available to our local customers.

Some of our products require special ordering and may not be immediately available.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you via email.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 15 miles for $5 fee.

We can accommodate delivery further than 15 miles, just give us a call.

Will deliver orders directly to your home, office, or event location.

The name on the ID and the Order MUST match.

Delivery is subject to availability and time zones.

You must 21+ years of age or older to place an order for pick up or delivery.

If upon delivery the receiver is not 21 years of age, we have the right to take the order back to the store, refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee. We will call the authority for breaking the law.

If you are intoxicated upon our arrival, we have the right to take the order back to the store and refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee.

Keg delivery requires paperwork to be completed in the store and includes a delivery fee of $25 per keg.

Legal Notice

The shipment of wine from Michigan to outside of Michigan is not shipped by Lakeside Liquor. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping. When we use a common carrier, Lakeside Liquor is providing a service on behalf of the purchaser. We are coordinating shipment of your wine by you. You, the purchaser, are responsible and must be compliant with the laws of your home state when shipping wine.

You will have to be present to receive your package. The common carrier is required to ask for you identification to verify your age. Adult Signature is also required.
